We aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.

Currently I only ship within the UK via my website.

Unfortunately it has become incredibly complex to ship directly to the US and Europe, however if that’s something you’re looking for, drop me an email at vix@jackalopejewellery.com and i’ll do my best to help!

We offer a 14 day cooling off period, meaning you can return your order in the original packaging and unworn within that time frame. You need to drop me an email at vix@jackalopejewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your goods to start that process.

A refund can be given once your item has been returned to me unworn, in the original packaging. I recommend sending via a tracked service as I can only process the refund once the item has been physically checked by me.

• Please note custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned

• Items damaged by misuse will not be refunded.

Customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund to faulty good. Faults reported within 30 days may qualify for full refund

All pre loved or vintage pieces are not guaranteed past the point of sale. Please check each listing carefully before purchase. This includes photography as this forms part of the item descriptions.

My intent is to always give you a clear overview of each item and any visible defects will be highlighted in the item listing. Please expect signs of wear as your item is not brand new.
